Return Process
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number within 30 days of receipt.
- We'll review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
- Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition for full return or exchange.
- Gently worn items may be eligible for exchange (subject to review).
- Shipping costs are not refundable; return shipping is covered by you.
- Custom or personalized bracelets are final sale.
